Kingshot Swordland Summit League: Complete Tournament Guide (2026)

How Swordland Summit League works: zones, Royal/Diamond/Master tiers, the Qualifier-Points Battle-Championship bracket, rewards, and how it differs from Swordland Showdown.

Quick Summary: Swordland Summit League is the seasonal tournament version of Swordland Showdown — same battlefield, same buildings, same core buffs, but stretched across a roughly six-week season instead of one Sunday match. Legions fight through four weekly Qualifier rounds, drop into the Points Battle ladder if they lose their group, and the four group winners meet in a Championship bracket for the title of Swordland Summit Grand Champion. Unlike Showdown, there's no top-20-alliance gate — any alliance can register and gets sorted into a Royal, Diamond, or Master tier bracket by power.

If you've already run Swordland Showdown, most of the moment-to-moment battlefield play here will feel familiar — the same Swordshrine, Sanctums, Abbeys, and buff buildings are all in play. What's different is everything wrapped around the battle: registration, zones, tiers, and a multi-week bracket that decides a season champion instead of a single winner. This guide covers the tournament layer specifically, and calls out exactly where it overlaps with — and diverges from — Showdown.

What Is Swordland Summit League?

Swordland Summit League is Kingshot's seasonal alliance tournament. Instead of one Legion-vs-Legion match deciding a bi-weekly winner, your Legion plays a series of matches across several weeks, accumulating League Points that determine your final placement — anywhere from Swordland Summit Grand Champion down to 64th in your zone's Royal Tier.

Key things that set it apart from Showdown:

  • It's a season, not a match. A full run is roughly six weeks: about a week of setup, four weekly Qualifier rounds, then a two-week Championship.
  • No top-20 alliance gate. Any alliance can register a Legion. You're sorted into a Royal, Diamond, or Master tier bracket based on your Legion's power, rather than needing to already be a top-20 alliance to get in the door.
  • Losing doesn't end your season. Lose your Qualifier bracket and you drop into the Points Battle ladder instead of being knocked out — you keep playing and keep earning rewards.
  • You can't run both events with the same Legion in the same week. A Legion fielded in Summit League that week is locked out of Showdown that week, and your League results never affect your Showdown tier.

Eligibility & Legion Setup

  • Members must have Town Center Lv.16+ to be selected as a Combatant or Substitute, and must have joined the alliance before registration closes.
  • Your Alliance Leader or an R4 registers the alliance; each alliance can field up to 2 Legions. Regular members can switch which Legion they volunteer for until sign-up closes, but only queue for one at a time.
  • Legion 1 is available by default. Legion 2 only unlocks once your alliance is Lv.6+ with 40 members who logged in that week — members leaving the alliance can knock you back under that bar.
  • A Legion needs at least 15 combined Combatants + Substitutes to enter matchmaking at all.
  • Roster cap is 30 Combatants + 20 Substitutes per Legion (double Showdown's 10 substitute slots) — you can be rostered to only one Legion, in only one role.
  • Members offline 5+ days can't be freshly dispatched into a match (this doesn't pull anyone already dispatched).
  • Once registration locks, your roster is locked for the whole season. Someone who later leaves the alliance keeps their Legion spot and still earns that Legion's rewards, but has to rejoin before the battlefield opens to actually play.
  • A Legion accepted into the tournament can't be disbanded between the end of registration and the end of the season.
  • Same pre-battle checklist as Showdown: Auto Hunting off, no squads out scouting or marching, infirmary cleared, no Barricades on fire, no incoming Embassy reinforcements.

Zones & Tiers: Royal, Diamond, Master

"Zones" group kingdoms from neighboring server ranges together so their top alliances face off. Within a zone:

  • The top 64 Legions by matchmaking power qualify for the Royal Tier bracket — matchmaking power is the combined Squad Power of a Legion's top 20 registered Governors (gear, hero gear, Battle Tech, pet, and master power all contribute), same calculation Showdown uses.
  • Diamond and Master tier brackets open beneath Royal to absorb everyone else who registers, each holding up to another ~64 Legions — up to 192 Legions total per zone across all three tiers.
  • If fewer than 16 Legions sign up in a zone, the League isn't held there that season.

This is the biggest practical difference from Showdown for smaller alliances: you don't need to crack a top-20 leaderboard to play. You'll just start lower in the tier ladder.

Legions pick any 3 of 5 daily match-time slots: UTC 02:00, 07:00, 12:00, 14:00, and 19:00. Each battle runs 1 hour, same as Showdown.

If your Legion can't be matched with an opponent, you get an automatic win at the top personal-reward tier — and winning Championship Round 1 in the Mythic bracket grants a bye straight through to Round 2 at that same top tier.

Tournament Structure: Qualifier → Points Battle → Championship

The season splits into two parts, and every Legion — winner or loser — keeps competing somewhere until the season ends.

How the Championship seeding works: once all 4 Qualifier groups have a winner, those 4 Legions are ranked by Total Net Win Points earned across the Qualifier and Points Battle combined (Championship matches don't count toward this). Net Win Points per match is your Legion's Alliance Relic Points minus your opponent's, summed across every match played. The top 2 become the Mythic seeds, the bottom 2 become the Elite seeds.

The Championship bracket:

A match is won by whichever alliance holds the most Alliance Relic Points when the hour ends; ties break on enemy-soldier knockout count.

League Ranking Rules

PlacementHow it's decided
ChampionWins Championship Round 3
Runner-upLoses Championship Round 3
3rd placeLoses Championship Round 2
4th placeLoses the Elite group's Championship Round 1
5th–64th placeRanked by League Points; ties broken by Total Net Win Points, then by Squad Power at registration

If your Legion doesn't win its Qualifier group, you're not eliminated — you land in the Points Battle ladder and your League Points still decide where you land in the 5th–64th band.

Rematches & Voided Matches

Match results are final unless there's a serious game or server issue. When that happens:

  • The organizer can schedule a rematch within 24 hours of the affected match ending, notified by in-game mail. The rematch runs at the same time slot, the following day, and the original result is wiped.
  • Once a rematch notice goes out, your Legion has to play it at the scheduled time — there's no second do-over if the full team can't attend.
  • League Tokens spent on the voided match are fully refunded and excluded from prediction history and leaderboards. The League Leaderboard, Tournament Results, and Hall of Honor all exclude the voided match's data.
  • Items and resources spent in the voided match are returned — Advanced Teleporters, March Accelerators, Soldier Recalls, scouting resources, gems spent extinguishing Barricade fires, and speedups/gems spent healing injured troops — along with any combat bonus items used from 1 hour before the match through its end.
  • If a winning side's Alliance honors (HQ skin, Banner skin, prestige buildings, tournament banners) were unlocked off a voided match, those get recalled too. Rewards already paid out from the voided match are not clawed back.

The Battlefield: Buildings & Buffs

Same central Swordshrine as Swordland Showdown — Summit League runs on the identical 240×240 map, split into two spawn corners.

BuildingOpens atEffect
Swordshrine (center)15 minHighest Relic Point output on the map
Sanctum ×2 (opposite corners)StartSecond-highest point output

Baggage TrainScattered loot pickups when a building changes hands; send marches to collect

A Legion earns Relic Points either by first-capturing a building or by maintaining continuous control of one already held. Holding a building for 30 continuous minutes doubles Personal Relic Points for the Governors garrisoned there. Kills work the same as Showdown: every 10,000 total soldier power defeated on offense earns 80 Personal Relic Points, and on defense 40 — kills only add Personal points, never Alliance points.

League-wide buffs, active on top of anything a building grants:

  • Troops can't die on the field — defeated soldiers go to an unlimited, instant, free Infirmary and heal fully the moment the battle ends.
  • Healing Speed +100%.
  • Control Time Required −50%.
  • Teleport Cooldown −50%.
  • Barricade and Guard Station burn speed jumps roughly 4,000× once a Town's defense hits zero — extinguish the fire immediately or relocate to a safe zone.
  • Battle Pet skill cooldowns reset at the start of League days.

Bell Tower and Royal Stables grant the same kind of bonus (Control Time and Teleport Cooldown) that the League already applies as a baseline — treat holding them as reinforcing that baseline rather than a completely separate effect. You get one free Advanced Teleporter use at battle start, then a free teleport recharges every 12 minutes (also your cooldown before rejoining the field if you're forced off).

Rewards

Personal rewards

Paid out by Personal Relic Point thresholds — 1,999 / 19,999 / 41,999 / 89,999 / 179,999 / uncapped — scaled up further by your tier and zone bracket. The winning side earns roughly 2× the losing side's reward at the same threshold, so chasing your own Relic Point total still pays even on a loss, exactly like Showdown.

Alliance & Legion rewards

Rewards are scaled by zone bracket, win/loss, and tier, and paid out across 16 placement bands per tier: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6–7th, 8–9th, 10–12th, 13–16th, 17–21st, 22–28th, 29–37th, 38–48th, 49–58th, 59–63rd, and 64th.

1st, Royal, top zone bracket6,0006400100100,000
64th, Master, lowest zone bracket2,00032504040,000

Rewards scale smoothly between these two ends across all placement bands and tiers, so a mid-table finish nets somewhere between them.

Kingdom-level reward: separate from any single Legion's placement, each kingdom's overall zone standing (rank 1–8) pays out too — from 10,000 Gems + 100 Truegold + 20 Forgehammer + 20 Lucky Hero Gear Chests at rank 1, down to 2,000 Gems + 20 Truegold + 4 Forgehammer + 4 Lucky Hero Gear Chests at rank 8. Even players who never touch the battlefield benefit if their kingdom's alliances perform well collectively.

Hall of Honor

Each zone's Champion, Runner-up, and 3rd-place Legion, plus that season's Season MVP (best performance across the whole season) and Final MVP (best performance in the final), are recorded permanently. The Champion Legion's alliance unlocks an Alliance HQ skin, an Alliance Banner skin, and a manually-placed Royal Heart prestige building. The top 4 Legions' alliances all unlock an Alliance Banner and a Champion's Will prestige building.

Predictions: League Tokens & Champion Tokens

Two prediction currencies run alongside the tournament:

  • League Token — per-match "Outcome Prediction," wagers of 1–5,000 tokens, up to 3 concurrent predictions per match. Spend them in the Ordinary Shop.
  • Champion Token — tournament-champion prediction, with payout multipliers that shrink as the field narrows. Spend them in the Champion Shop.

Unused League and Champion Tokens carry over to the next season instead of being forfeited, so there's no rush to dump them before a season ends.

Match Missions

A Match Missions panel offers 5 tasks per season, scaled to your zone bracket, that reward you for hitting in-match objectives on top of your normal Relic Point income. Treat these as a bonus checklist alongside your building and kill targets each match.

Hero Synergy: Guinevere, Queen of Holy Sword

Guinevere, Queen of Holy Sword is built specifically around this event pair. Her base trait boosts Attack and Defense for squads near the Holy Sword, and her skill kit adds a free instant heal for a chunk of your soldiers, +Lethality and +Health, and +Rally Capacity — all scoped specifically to Showdown and Summit League battles. If you have her built, she's a natural include on any march assigned to hold or contest a building.

Strategy: How to Actually Win the Season

Keep pushing after a Qualifier win is decided. The 4 group winners are seeded into Mythic vs. Elite by Total Net Win Points — your margin of victory, not just the win itself — so running up Relic Points after the match is already won protects your seeding for the Championship.

Losing your Qualifier group isn't the end of your season. You drop into the Points Battle ladder instead, and League Points earned there still fund placement rewards for ranks 5th–64th. Every match still matters.

Plan for the deeper roster. 30 Combatants + 20 Substitutes is significantly deeper than Showdown's 30+10. Smaller alliances should prioritize hitting the 15-person minimum to enter matchmaking at all before worrying about optimizing exactly who's in which slot.

Treat a 2nd Legion as a stretch goal. It only unlocks at Alliance Lv.6 with 40 members active that week — don't plan around fielding two Legions until your alliance comfortably clears that bar.

Pick a lane on overlapping weeks. A Legion fielded in Summit League that week can't also enter Showdown, so if both are live, leadership needs to decide which event that roster is prioritizing.

Run the same pre-battle checklist every time. Auto Hunting off, no squads out scouting or marching, infirmary cleared, no Barricades on fire, no incoming Embassy reinforcements — miss any of these and you can't enter the battlefield when the match opens.

Bench the chronically offline. Members offline 5+ days can't be freshly dispatched into a match, so keep your registered roster current rather than locking in names that won't actually show up.

FAQ

What is Swordland Summit League in Kingshot?

It's the seasonal tournament version of Swordland Showdown — a multi-week bracket where Legions fight through Qualifier rounds, a Points Battle ladder for anyone eliminated early, and a Championship bracket that crowns a Swordland Summit Grand Champion per zone.

How is Summit League different from Swordland Showdown?

Showdown is a single 1-hour match every two weeks, open only to the top 20 alliances by power. Summit League is a ~6-week season open to any alliance, sorted into Royal, Diamond, or Master tiers, using the same battlefield and buildings but a much longer scoring window. A Legion can't play both events the same week.

How do you qualify for the Royal Tier bracket?

The top 64 Legions per zone by matchmaking power (top 20 registered Governors' Squad Power) make Royal Tier. Diamond and Master brackets absorb everyone else, up to roughly 192 Legions total per zone. If fewer than 16 Legions sign up, the League isn't held in that zone that season.

What happens if my Legion loses in the Qualifier?

You're not eliminated — you drop into the Points Battle ladder, keep earning League Points from 5 more rounds, and that score decides your final placement anywhere from 5th to 64th.

How is the Championship bracket decided?

The 4 Qualifier group winners are ranked by Total Net Win Points (your Relic Points minus your opponent's, summed across the season). The top 2 become Mythic seeds, the bottom 2 become Elite seeds, and they play through a 3-round bracket to the Round 3 Final for Grand Champion.

Do troops die permanently in Summit League?

No. All losses are injuries. Defeated soldiers go to a free, unlimited Infirmary and heal completely the moment the battle ends, and Healing Speed is boosted +100% for the whole event.
