Quick Summary: Trial Shop goes TG Dust first, Mithril second — save your Trial Crystals if Dust hasn't dropped yet. Arena Shop gets your Mythic Gear Chests. Event shops like Adventure Stall go Mithril first, then Truegold, then Forgehammers, then Mythic General Hero Shards; gear chests and other materials are situational after those core bottlenecks. In the Polar Shop, spend all Twinstar Coins before they convert into low-value Training Speedups. Alliance Championship Shop now goes to Master Emblems first. Swordland is Artisan's Vision. Mystery Shop is free refresh + widgets at 50% off. Never buy shields from the Alliance Shop.
Every shop in Kingshot is trying to take your currency. Some of it is worth spending. A lot of it is not. This Kingshot shop guide covers the Trial Shop, Arena Shop, Alliance Championship Shop, Swordland Shop, Polar Shop, Mystery Shop, Alliance Shop, Nomadic Merchant, VIP Shop, and recurring event shops so you can quickly decide what to buy, what to skip, and when to save.
The big update is the Alliance Championship Shop. After Masters launched, Master Emblems became the first buy for most active accounts. Gilded Threads and Satin still matter, but they are no longer the automatic top priority once Masters are part of your progression.

Event Shops and Adventure Stall
Event shops are not all priced the same, so use the permanent shop priorities as a baseline, then adjust for the live event currency and your account stage.
For Adventure Stall, the Adventure Coin shop order is event-specific:
- Mithril
- Truegold
- Forgehammers
- Mythic General Hero Shard when it feeds your active main Mythic hero or near-term carry
- Custom Mythic Hero Gear Chest while you are still building Mythic gear sets
- Artisan's Vision or Widgets when they feed your current Governor Gear or exclusive gear plan
- Pet, Governor Gear, or Charm materials only when they hit your next breakpoint
Earlier-server Adventure Stall shops have shown larger Truegold x58 and Forgehammer x75 bundles, while newer-server shops have shown Truegold x27 and Forgehammer x30. The core order stays the same: Mithril first, then Truegold, then Forgehammers, then shards.
As a general item-value list outside a specific shop, Truegold, Forgehammers, Mythic General Hero Shards, Artisan's Vision, and Widgets are all high-value progression items. Mithril has the highest gear ceiling and wins this event shop when available.
Polar Shop
The Polar Shop is part of the Kingshot × Whiteout Survival collaboration. Spend Twinstar Coins before the extra redemption day ends: unused coins convert into only one 1-minute Training Speedup each and do not carry forward as shop currency.
Daily buy: Purchase the two Mythic General Hero Shards for 75 coins each when you are actively building an eligible non-exclusive Mythic hero.
After the daily shards, buy for your current bottleneck:
- Truegold for an important Town Center or troop-building upgrade.
- Forgehammers for active Mythic Hero Gear Mastery Forging.
- Lucky Hero Gear Chests until your main heroes have complete Mythic sets.
- Artisan's Vision for a planned Governor Gear upgrade.
- Charm Designs for the next Governor Charm breakpoint.
- Governor Gear Materials Chests and Charm Guides as supporting materials.
- Speedups to use any final leftover coins.
| Permanent Cosmetic | Coin Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Nanook Sphere | 45,000 | +2% Attack |
| Emperor Penguin Slopes | 45,000 | +2% Attack |
| Frostcrown Nameplate | 1,500 | Permanent cosmetic |
Choose a 45,000-coin cosmetic only when its permanent +2% Attack bonus matters more to you than immediate progression materials. Recheck your balance before the shop closes and finish as close to zero coins as practical.
Trial Shop
TG Dust first. Mithril second. Everything else is filler.
Once TG Dust shows up in the shop, it becomes the automatic top buy. You need it to unlock T11 troops, and the numbers are brutal: roughly 2,236 dust per troop class across three classes. That's 6,700+ total, and you can only buy 300 per week at 50 Trial Crystals each. Buy it out every single week from the moment it appears.
If TG Dust hasn't dropped in your shop yet, save your Trial Crystals. Don't burn them on filler buys you'll regret when the dust shows up — the grind starts the second it's available and you'll want a head start.
After TG Dust:
Mithril becomes the next serious buy once Red Gear checkpoints are relevant or close. If Red Gear is still far away, stockpile selectively rather than treating Mithril as more urgent than Truegold, active hero shards, or gear materials that move your account now.
Gear XP Parts (100-pack) are the next pick. They compound quietly and you'll always need them.
Mythic Shards and Gold Gear Chests are situational. If you have Trial Crystals left over and something specific you're building toward, fine. Otherwise, let them sit.
Charm Designs are also worth picking up once they get added to the shop — keep an eye out for when they appear.
Priority order:
- TG Dust (300/week max — always buy out)
- Mithril
- Gear XP Parts
- Charm Designs (when available)
- Mythic Shards / Gold Gear Chests if you have leftover crystals
Arena Shop
Custom Mythic Hero Gear Chests, every week.
The reason is simple: you need mythic gear in large quantities. Not just to level — once you start pushing Red gear, each upgrade requires sacrificing additional mythic pieces. That number adds up fast. The chest is the most reliable way to stockpile them without spending gems.
Once you have a comfortable reserve of three full mythic sets per troop type, swap to buying Mithril from the Arena Shop instead. You'll keep accumulating mythic pieces from gear chests elsewhere (Lucky Hero Gear Chests, event rewards) so you won't fall behind. If Roman from the Master Academy gives you a steep discount on Forgehammers or pet materials, that's worth grabbing too — but don't buy those at full price.
Alliance Championship Shop
Master Emblems are the priority now.
This changed when the Masters system launched. Before that, Gilded Threads and Satin were the obvious buys for Governor Gear progression. They are still worth getting, but Master Emblems are scarce, hard to accumulate, and every Master level eats them. The Championship Shop is one of the few reliable non-pack sources.
The practical order: Master Emblems → Artisan's Vision → Governor Gear mats (Gilded Threads/Satin) as needed.
If you're still early enough that you haven't unlocked Masters yet, Gilded Threads remain the top pick here.
Swordland Shop
Artisan's Vision first.
Artisan's Vision is the steady bottleneck here. It matters for mid-to-late gear progression, and Swordland is one of the cleaner places to buy it. After that, take charm papers or Forgehammers if you need them. Artisan's Vision is the consistent buy.
Mystery Shop
Refresh daily. Buy widget chests at 50% off.
The daily refresh is free. Do it every time. Beyond that, widget chests at 50% off are genuinely good value — widgets are one of the slower resources to accumulate and buying them at half price from the Mystery Shop is one of the better deals in the game. At 20% off, it depends on how urgently you need them.
Don't buy anything else here at full price.
Alliance Shop
The order here matters.
Pet Food and Pet Materials → Teleporters → VIP Points (worth it until VIP 8, less compelling after) → Speedups if you have excess coins.
Do not buy shields. Shields pile up faster than you think, especially if your kingdom has a NAP. For most players, the free regenerating shields are enough for normal danger windows, including pre-KvK and post-KvK. Alliance coins are better spent on materials and movement.
The 70% daily discount items are generally worth picking up if they're things you'd use. Skip Governor renames at any discount unless you specifically need them.
Nomadic Merchant
Resource swaps every day, teleporters when they appear.
The resource swaps are straightforward and worth doing regardless of stage. For teleporters: early game you probably won't need them much, but mid-to-late game they become essential for Castle Battle and KvK positioning.
The loop that works: buy everything available with resources until only gem-purchase options are left, use the free refresh, repeat. Doing this consistently builds a teleporter stockpile without spending gems.
The VIP XP packs are worth picking up at a discount. Not at full price.
VIP Shop
Advanced Teleporters and 100 Enhancement XP Parts.
Those two are the consistent buys. Forgehammers and boosts at a discount are worth grabbing if you need them. The rest you can generally pass on — the VIP Shop isn't where the big value is, it's just a nice supplement.

Things Worth Never Buying
- Shields from the Alliance Shop. You'll accumulate more than you'll ever use from events, and free regenerating shields cover KvK.
- Anything in the Mystery Shop at full price. The shop refreshes. Wait for a discount.
- Mithril outside of events when the sale price is available. The regular price is fine week to week, but if a special event drops the cost significantly, that's when to stock up.
The shops change as the game ages — the Alliance Championship shift to Master Emblems is a good example of something that only became true recently. The Trial Shop TG Dust addition is another. Worth checking back as new systems get added.

Kingshot Shop FAQ
What should I buy first in the Kingshot Trial Shop?
Buy TG Dust first once it appears in your Trial Shop. Before TG Dust appears, save Trial Crystals instead of wasting them on filler. After TG Dust, buy Mithril, then Gear XP Parts, then Charm Designs when they are available.
What should I buy from the Kingshot Arena Shop?
Buy the Custom Mythic Hero Gear Chest every week until you have enough mythic gear sets for your main marches. After that, Mithril becomes the better long-term fallback.
What should I buy from the Kingshot Alliance Championship Shop?
For accounts with Masters unlocked, Master Emblems are the top Alliance Championship Shop buy. After that, take Artisan's Vision and Governor Gear materials such as Gilded Threads or Satin as needed.
What should I buy from the Kingshot Swordland Shop?
Artisan's Vision is the cleanest Swordland Shop priority because it stays useful deep into mid and late game gear progression. Charm papers and Forgehammers are secondary buys when you specifically need them.
What should I buy from the Kingshot Mystery Shop?
Use the free refresh every day and buy widget chests when they show up at 50% off. Avoid full-price Mystery Shop items unless you have a very specific short-term need.
What should I buy from the Kingshot Alliance Shop?
Prioritize Pet Food and Pet Materials first, then Teleporters, then VIP Points while they still matter for your account. Do not spend Alliance coins on shields unless your server situation is unusually dangerous.
What should I buy from Kingshot event shops like Adventure Stall?
In Adventure Stall, buy Mithril first, then Truegold, then Forgehammers, then Mythic General Hero Shards for your active carry. Custom Mythic Hero Gear Chests, Artisan's Vision, Widgets, pet materials, Governor Gear materials, and Charm materials are situational buys after those core items.
What should I buy first in the Polar Shop?
Buy the two cheap daily Mythic General Hero Shards when they support an active hero. After that, prioritize Truegold, Forgehammers, Lucky Hero Gear Chests, Artisan's Vision, or Charm Designs according to the upgrade currently blocking your account. Spend the remaining coins before they convert into 1-minute Training Speedups.
