Luna looks set to be the offensive PvP counter to a 60/40 Garrison formation with Liz. She comes with an offensive-activated widget that provides a (multiplicative) bonus to Attack. Similar to Liz, she has two Expedition skills that impact all troops and one skill that impacts only her own troop type (Archers). Her primary Expedition skill, "Driving Light", is a flat 25% bonus to Attack, which makes her an excellent rally joiner for PvP or Bear Hunt, identical to Amane or Margot. Although at this point in the game and the number of accessible joiner options, it doesn't contribute much to Luna's investment case. Her "Woodland Vengeance" skill is a 50% opponent attack down skill that is up 50% of the time (provided testing proves it works as described), giving it an effective value of 25%. This is only the second instance of this skill code in game (after Eric's joiner ability), which means it will likely have a multiplicative effect with all other hero skill codes in a rally (or solo march), enhancing its value further. This brings us to her final skill, "Arrowflash". On paper, it sounds like an always-active 50% damage boost to Archers, which would be an amazing skill for high-Arch
