Liz comes with an interesting Expedition skill kit that sets her up well to be a great 60/40 garrison leader. Her widget ability, "Power Mix", is a defensive activation one, but provides a multiplicative lethality bonus to all troops. This positions her to be more effective in garrison formations. Her joiner ability is "Alloyed Agent", which provides a 50% chance to provide 50% lethality to all troops every turn. Generally these percent chance-based abilities do not stack with themselves (although we have confirmed exceptions to Kingshot Support's official position, such as Rosa). In any case, there is no shortage of constant 25% Lethality joiners that don't carry this risk, which makes this a common skill code for another joiner. Still, it will be great for solo marches or rallies that she leads due to the 25% expected value. Her "Vitalist Potion" ability provides a flat 25% Health bonus to all troops, which is right on the benchmark for a top skill. However, the most interesting skill she brings is "Horsemaster".
