All Out Rules

1. Don't hit NAP7 or academies inside alliance territory, anyone outside is fair game.
2. All rss tiles are free to attack.
3. Don't hit more than twice, make sure to scout and send a small march to gauge injuries, no zeroing!
4. One hour grace for forts and sanctuary.
