Hi fam, phase 3 transfer starts after reset. Sept 18 to Sept 19.

Once the server resets, you can immediately transfer to 1104 without invitation. Jump as soon as you can and look for HNH

if you decided to stay here or you have to wait to have tickets go in NWO or TFK in the meantime
